England‘s limited-overs coach Ashley Giles has claimed that he is not afraid of making tough coaching decisions despite his ‘nice guy’ reputation if he is appointed as the team’s new head coach.

Giles said that while coaching Warwickshire County Cricket Club for five years, he had to make some tough decisions and he went ahead with them.

According to the BBC, the limited-overs coach said that people say a lot about his style of coaching, whether he is tough enough, but he claims that he can make ‘strong decisions’.
