Danielle Wyatt’s rise to the top

Born in Stoke-on-City, Wyatt took interest in sports right from an early age. Apart from cricket, she took great interest in football as well. She even went on to play for Stoke City women’s football team.
However, when it came to making a serious choice, she chose cricket. However, her coach feels that if not cricket, she would’ve been equally good in football.
She made her debut for England against India in Mumbai in March 2010.
